He was so AWESOME!!! I did good in choosing a repair guy because he was very professional yet very caring to my plight. Here I am on vacation with a machine not even 1 1/2 years old and already BROKE! He took it apart it started turning...and then the heat did not work I was going to have to spend more $ on a part and then have to have him out again...and with laundry piling up! Then he took it apart hit the part that would have the problem and then it started heating...YEAH! I was so happy I hugged him...Thank you James

James responded quickly to the first contact. He was able to schedule the service the next morning and showed up right on schedule. We had a problem with our large front loading washer, which as it turned out was related to the inability of the machine to handle small loads properly, rather than any mechanical problem. James was thoroughly professional; completed the work quickly and spent a period of time giving my wife tips on how to get around the machine's limitations. The service rate was VERY reasonable. I will be recommending James to all my friends and relatives for their appliance repair work.

James has mastered the art of being both personable and professional without wasting time. We felt very comfortable with him in our home--even our young kids liked him. He is very knowledgeable and quickly found and repaired the problem with my washer. His fee was less than I expected, and very fair. Unfortunately, the next day when I ran a load, the washer leaked. James had warned me that this happened occasionally. He came back out the next day--a Saturday--and repaired the leak, no charge. Complications happen sometimes. I was thrilled to find a repairman who stood behind his work and went the extra mile to make things right.

He arrived quickly, did the repair well, and his price was reasonable.

Jim Richardson responded within seconds to my request, told me over the phone he had no doubt he could repair my broken washing machine, gave me an estimate and arrived well before his appointment the next day. I was impressed by his personal appearance; everything about Jim screamed professional. He has the washer fixed and was out the door in about twenty minutes at a price I was more than willing to pay. There is no doubt in my mind; the next time I need a repairman, I'm calling Jim.
